Bundaberg Fruit and Vegetable Growers Cooperative is seeking suitably qualified, experienced and capable partners to provide complimentary services for the 2018 Industry Gala Dinner.

To supply full catering and food service requirements for up to 530 guests for a three course plus Canapés 5-Star fine dining experience, highlighting local horticultural produce through innovative and sumptuous food design (see attached list for commodities in season). The Service Provider’s Head Chef, Beverage Manager and Event Manager will liaise directly with BFVG on menu design, drinks selection, wait staff, service, table placement and settings.
